01 Do you support custom product development and tooling?

Yes. Custom tooling is one of our key services. We can review your concept, drawings or reference sample, evaluate product structure and material, develop the mold, confirm samples and arrange mass production. Tooling cost and schedule are quoted after technical review.

02 What is your minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on the product, material, color and packaging. Existing products usually have a lower MOQ than new tooling projects. Send the model and target quantity so we can recommend the most practical option.

03 Can you add our logo and private-label packaging?

Yes. We support logo printing, product labels, color cards, retail boxes, master cartons and other private-label packaging. Please send your logo file and packaging requirements for evaluation.

04 Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Samples can be arranged for available products. For customized colors, packaging or new tooling, sampling starts after specifications and related development costs are confirmed.

05 How long does production take?

Lead time depends on quantity and customization. Standard repeat orders are normally faster, while new colors, packaging and tooling require additional confirmation and sampling time before mass production.

06 What information should I provide for a quotation?

Please send the product name or photo, expected quantity, target market, required material or size, logo and packaging needs, destination country and your preferred delivery schedule.

07 How do you control product quality?

We check materials, appearance, dimensions, assembly and packaging according to the confirmed sample and order specification. Additional inspection requirements can be discussed before production.

08 Which payment and shipping methods are available?

Payment and shipping terms are confirmed according to the order and destination. We can coordinate common export shipment options and provide packing information for your forwarder.
